Walk into our quiet Goan paradise so close to the queen of beaches. The secured villa is strategically located in Calangute close to all attractions of North Goa but still in the quiet surrounding of a village atmosphere. Enjoy your neighbor peacock singing and dancing in the morning and hear birds coming to wake you up with a beautiful song. Lavish greenery and relaxing ambiance of this villa for rent will not associate with wild parties of North Goa. Besides One television with satellite channels in the living room, the bedrooms are all equipped with televisions as well. The villa will also has free WiFi as well.
Ground floor as well hosts two bedrooms. One large bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, working station and TV unit is also overlooking paddy fields. The second bedroom is smaller and has same facilities but the bed is of queen size. Taking few steps one will reach the first floor with cozy sitting/TV area. Two bedrooms similar to the ones on the ground floor are on both sides of the staircase.
Fifth room is on the second floor opening a mind-blowing view for those who ready to walk up. This room is also featuring queen size bed, AC, TV and all necessary furniture.

Cook-On-Call service starts @ ₹ 3,500 / Daily
We can hire the services of a local cook for the duration of the stay to prepare homely simple meals. They will prepare lunch, evening snacks, dinner followed by breakfast the following morning at the property itself for your group.
Procure the ingredients yourself or ask the caretaker (or cook) to procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
We request you to discuss your menu before hand and define a time schedule beforehand with him. Most owners do charge for kitchen and cook-ware usage, the charges mentioned above include the same.  This service charge has been approximated for upto 10 guests, larger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.
