Basic Terminology:

The Weekend Plan is an online website which showcases properties available for holiday stays for its website ‘Visitor’ or ‘Client’. The Weekend Plan does not own or lease the properties displayed on their website now holds any right or title or interest in or has any authority to deal in 'Villa' / 'Property’. The Weekend Plan does not claim to be authorized representatives of the properties showcased. Visitors can choose to book the 'Villa' / 'Property’ showcased directly from the ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’.

By Utilizing the Booking of the Villa by the authorized representatives of the 'Villa' / 'Property’ either in part or in full, the viewer confirms to have carefully read, understood and UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPTED all the Terms & Conditions governing this booking as stated herein and/or on The Weekend Plan's Website and/or elsewhere. Further, Client / Party accepts to be bound by and abide by the same irrespective of whether or not they have explicitly accepted them on our Website.
Liabilities, Responsibilities and Indemnity:

The viewer’s contract for using the Villa is with the ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’. The Weekend Plan ONLY acts as a facilitator for showcasing to the Client for his use from the Owner. As such, The Weekend Plan accepts no responsibility for provision of accommodation or quality of accommodation provided or other services provided by relevant Owner. Any issues related to Villa / Property faced by Client related to the stay should be reported to local representative of Owner. The Weekend Plan has no control over the Client or the Villa, and hence The Weekend Plan cannot and does not assure resolution of Client's grievances.

The Weekend Plan's Website, brochures and other publicity material endeavors to show and project true representation of entire Villa / Property. However, information and content therein are provided to The Weekend Plan by Owner. While The Weekend Plan has made all reasonable efforts to verify correctness and currency of such information, The Weekend Plan cannot and shall not be held responsible for any variance thereof with actual. Properties showcased by The Weekend Plan for their Clients are privately owned residential properties for personal use and their furnishings and artifacts may be changed from time to time by Owner depending upon Owners' taste. As a result The Weekend Plan cannot guarantee presence of particular furnishing, equipment, appliances, artifact, interior appearance etc. that Client may have seen on The Weekend Plan's Website, brochures and other publicity material or other endeavors of marketing and publicity. Client or any one else shall not be entitled to any claim and shall not claim or receive any damages, compensation, or refunds of any kind whatsoever from The Weekend Plan and/or Owner nor The Weekend Plan and/or Owner shall be responsible to pay the same to anyone including Client or Party on account of such variance or discrepancies.

Client and Party explicitly agree to book Rented Villa / Property from the ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ and all facilities and amenities in and around Rented Villa / Property entirely at their own initiative, cost, risk & responsibility. Client and Party accepts to indemnify and hereby indemnifies and shall keep indemnified as well as waives and releases any claims against The Weekend Plan as well as Owner for any loss / damage of whatsoever nature and magnitude, including but not limited to financial, non financial, Injuries or death that may be sustained by Client and/or Party and/or Visitors for whatsoever reasons on, near or adjacent to Villa / Property, including any common facilities of Villa / Property and/or using Villa / Property and/or using facilities, amenities, equipment, appliances etc. provided in or around Villa / Property. Client or Party or any one else shall not be entitled to any claim and shall not claim or receive any damages, compensation, or refunds of any kind whatsoever from The Weekend Plan.
6.
Villa / Property showcased by The Weekend Plan from the Owners is a residential Villa / Property and is NOT A HOTEL or a Guest HOUSE, nor is being promoted as a Hotel or Client house stay. It is stand-alone private residential Villa / Property and it is necessary that Client understands that it does not have any facilities similar to a Hotel or a Guest House nor has any security arrangements or provisions of security of any kind whatsoever nor it is part of The Weekend Plan's responsibility to provide any security arrangements. Only Client, Party and Visitors of the Clients to the Villa shall be SOLELY and TOTALLY responsible, at all times, for safe keeping of themselves and their belongings of whatsoever kind, type and nature. The Weekend Plan shall not be responsible or held responsible in any way whatsoever for any theft or loss or damage to Client or Party or Visitors themselves or to any of their belongings of whatsoever nature and for whatsoever reasons and on whatsoever account and by whomsoever. Client or Party or Visitors or any one else shall not be entitled to any claim and shall not claim or receive any damages / compensation, direct or consequential, or refunds of any kind whatsoever from The Weekend Plan or Owner nor shall they be responsible to pay the same to anyone including Client or Party or Visitors or any on else for any loses and/or damages suffered by Client or Party or Visitors or any one else for any reason or on any account whatsoever.
Possession, Right of Admission and Admission Control:

Possession of Villa / Property Rented by ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ shall always lie with ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ and ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ alone and no one else. It is categorically stated and accepted by Client that Client shall not be in possession or claim to be in possession of Villa / Property being used by him at any time whatsoever.

Only the ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ severally reserves absolute and unconditional right of admission to Villa / Property.
9.
Client and Party SHALL NOT be allowed to Check-In or Utilise the Villa unless they comply with all the requirements stated by ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ either before or at the time of Check-In. If Check-In and/or Utilisation of the Villa is denied for reasons of non-compliance of any of these requirements, NO refund against payments made by the Client or Compensation of any other kind or of whatsoever nature or amount shall be due to Client or claimable by Client or payable by The Weekend Plan;

As required by appropriate authorities, every adult in Party, coming to reside at rented Villa / Property is MANDATORILY required to provide verifiable copies of government issued photo IDs, along with original photo IDs for verification, at the time of or before Check-In. It shall be sole responsibility of Client and Party to carry photocopies of their photo IDs of entire Party with them, as Properties do not have photo copying facilities. Client maybe required to sign in and enter Name, address and other details of EVERY member of Party, including children, in the Client Register kept at Villa / Property. If the information and profile provided by Client are found to be misrepresentation or false in any way whatsoever at any time whatsoever by ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’, then ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ may forthwith revoke the Booking, Client shall be refused entry to Villa / Property and if Client and Party has already Checked-In, removed / evicted from Villa / Property by the owner and/or their agents without any recourse whatsoever to refund of Deposits paid by Client or payment compensation of any kind or nature or on any account whatsoever by anyone concerned.
11.
Total Number of Persons in Client's Party and/or total number of persons at Villa / Property, including Client's Visitors, shall NOT exceed numbers stated against 'Total Number of Person in Client's Party' stated prior to the arrival. This number is strictly controlled to prevent excessive Wear and Tear and Damage to Villa / Property caused due to very high occupancy. If number of Persons at Villa / Property, including Visitors, exceed number stated against 'Total Number of Persons in Client's Party', Client and Party may be refused Check-In and/or Utilisation of the Villa and if Client and/or Party has already Checked-In, they will be removed / evicted from Villa / Property without any recourse whatsoever to refund of any amounts paid by Client or payment compensation of any kind or nature or on any account whatsoever by ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’.
Security Deposit to be Paid to Secure Damages (DSD) and Recovery of Charges & Damages :

As a security towards proper and safe use of Villa / Property and / or utilisation of additional services by Client, Client also has to deposit an amount equal to ‘Security Deposit to be Paid to Secure Damages' or DSD at the time of check in to Villa Manager or Owner. Any loss or damages caused to Villa / Property or contents therein including but not limited to soiling and damages caused by Pets, excessive cleaning required, furniture resetting, extra service calls beyond duty timings etc. by Client or Party will be recovered by Owner from DSD.
13.
It is the responsibility of Client and/or Party to observe and report any existing damage to Villa / Property or equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, artefacts, etc. therein within 60 minutes of Checking-In. Unreported damages observed after Check-Out shall be deemed to have occurred during occupancy by Client and Client shall be held responsible for those damages and Client shall be responsible to pay resulting charges.
14.
Client and Party shall use Villa / Property, as well as equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, artifacts, etc. therein with responsibility and care without causing any intentional, unintentional or accidental damage to them. At the time of Check-Out, Client shall be responsible for leaving Villa/Property in good order and reasonably clean condition, save and except normal usage. Client is and shall be responsible for any damage caused to Villa / Property, as well as to equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, artifacts, etc. in and around Villa / Property, during their stay, whether intentional, unintentional or accidental. Client shall have to make good and reimburse to ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ any such damage / breakage caused by Client during their stay without demure. It is further clarified that even if a single item forming a set is damaged, Client shall be responsible for replacement / repair / refurbishing of entire set unless an identical replacement can be found. e.g. If a crystal glass in a set of 6 glasses is broken / chipped, Client will be responsible to replace all 6 pcs of the set, if upholstery of a sofa is soiled or damaged, Client will be responsible for replacement of upholstery of all the sofas, if paint on a wall is damaged at one spot Client will be responsible for cost of painting entire wall etc. It is further clarified that such repairs/replacement of damages will be undertaken by the owner on behalf of Client and at the cost and risk of Client.
15.
Client SHALL NOT move or relocate any equipment, appliances, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing and artifacts from their original location when Client / Party Checked-In without consulting and express consent of ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ or his representative at the Villa, save and except for pool furniture, cane furniture, plastic furniture or dining chairs. Any act of such nature may result in forfeiture of total DSD without recourse by the Owner.
16.
Security Deposit to be Paid to Secure Damages' Shall be refunded by Owner or his representative post check out, after assessment and deducting costs of damages, if any.
17.
Before going out of Villa / Property or while Checking-Out, Client shall make sure that all doors and windows are locked, all appliances & equipment e.g. air conditioning, heater, lights, fans, gas burners, cooking ranges, cooking ovens, dish washers, water taps / faucets etc. are turned off and furniture returned to their original locations. Client shall leave Villa / Property in a reasonably clean state. Failure to comply with the above shall result in extra cleaning charges plus applicable taxes.
Cancellation, Modifications, Refunds and Penalties:

Specific In Case of Cancellation
The charges paid to 'Villa' / 'Property’, if any, partially or fully, towards "Charges Payable for Villa Booking " are NOT Refundable under any circumstances. It is NOT Cancellable, NOT Modifiable and NOT refundable.
Simply Put:
Question: If I am unable to travel for any reason whatsoever (including COVID), am I entitled to compensation?
Answer: No, you won't be entitled to any compensation, if the reason for the holiday not continuing is outside the control of ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’, then full cancellation charges apply. In the event that you are unable to reach the villa due to Indian Government restrictions, you should claim on your Travel Insurance as you are not automatically entitled to an alternative holiday or a refund or request the Indian Government for assistance.
Specific In Case of Extraordinary Circumstances for Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation under extraordinary circumstances as deemed by The Management, the following opportunity maybe offered at the discretion of the Management only & subject to change without prior intimation and advance received: For Peak Season, all reservation payments are non-refundable only. The definition of the Peak Season period will be determined by the unilateral decision of the Management.
If you need to cancel upto 90 days before stay, we can offer the following from the full reservation amountfrom the amount of advance received:
• 60% via Bank Transfer
• 20% as Future Stay Credit
• 20% are Admin Charges
If you need to cancel upto 55 days before stay, we can offer the following from the full reservation amountfrom the amount of advance received:
• 20% via Bank Transfer
• 50% as Future Stay Credit
• 30% are Admin Charges
If you need to cancelless than 30 days before stay, we can offer the following from the full reservation amountfrom the amount of advance received:
• 10% via Bank Transfer
• 25% as Future Stay Credit
• 65% are Admin Charges
If you need to cancel less than 15 days before stay, we can offer the following:

Non Transferable:
19.
All Villa Bookings done with ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ are NON TRANSFERABLE and can not be transferred to any one else by Client unless approved by ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’.
Pets Policy:
20.
Pets maybe permitted at the ‘Property’ only with the permission of ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’. Pets, When permitted by Owner, must be kept on Villa / Property and should always be in company and control of Client or member of Party. Client and members of his Party shall be solely and entirely responsible to ensure that Pets do not soil, spoil or damage Villa / Property, it's surroundings, equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, artefacts, etc. nor do they create any nuisance to neighbour’s in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to barking.
Check-In (Arrival) and Check-Out (Departure) Timing:
21.
Client shall Check-In / Arrive at Villa / Property ONLY on or after time and date specified for Check-In in Villa Booking Confirmation document. Check-In time shall be STRICTLY adhered to. ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ advises and encourages Clients NOT to Arrive at Villa / Property before time specified for Check-In. It is once again emphasise that the Villas offered are residential Properties and are NOT Hotels and do not have waiting area or lobby to accommodate Clients arriving before time specified for Check-In. If Client Arrives or enters Villa / Property before specified for Check-In or before an alternate earlier time agreed in writing by ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’, Client will be charged and shall have to pay 50% of one night's 'Amount Payable at Villa to ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ as additional charge on pro-rata basis of 'Amount Payable at Villa to Villa ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’' by Client for 'Total Nights Booked'.
22.
Client shall Check-Out / Depart from Villa / Property on or before time specified for Check-Out in Villa Booking Confirmation. Check-Out time shall be STRICTLY adhered to. Client WILL NOT be permitted to occupy or stay at Villa / Property beyond Check-Out time specified. If Client does not Check-Out or leave Villa / Property on or before time specified for Check-Out or an alternate delayed Check-Out time agreed in writing by ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’, Client will be charged and shall have to pay 50% of one night's 'Amount Payable at Villa to Villa Owner' as additional charge on pro-rata basis of 'Amount Payable at Villa to Villa Owner' by Client for 'Total Nights Booked' for up to 4 hours delay in Check-Out and full one night's charges by owner if delay is more than 4 hours.
Failures of Utilities / Equipment, Reassignments etc.:
23.
The Weekend Plan shall not be responsible or liable, in any way whatsoever, for failure or outages of utilities like power or water supply etc. or any acts of nature or failures / malfunction of mechanical or electrical or electronic systems / equipment / appliances, drainage / water system etc. which may possibly limit use of Villa / Property and/or facilities therein or reduce the comfort of stay. No REFUND, REIMBURSEMENT or COMPENSATION, of any kind whatsoever, shall be claimable by Client or anyone else from The Weekend Plan. Though, ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ will put in his best efforts to rectify such failures or breakdowns as soon as possible, ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ cannot control the scheduling of outside service agencies and cannot assurer time frame for rectification. ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ shall have the right to arrange, inspect and make mends during Client’s stay in Villa / Property.

If Villa / Property Rented by Client become unavailable or uninhabitable, for whatever reasons, the ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ reserve the right to provide alternate comparable Villa / Property for use by Client. The Weekend Plan SHALL NOT be liable in any way whatsoever for any consequential damages claimed by Client or anyone else on whatsoever grounds.
Safety and Prohibitions:

Client MUST understand that Villa / Property of the Owner is a residential Villa / Property in a quiet residential area with neighbour’s living around. It is imperative that Client DOES NOT conduct any act which disturbs tranquility, peace and modesty of neighbour’s. Therefore and for other considerations and reasons Client and/or Party; The Client and all of it’s Party shall adhere to terms and conditions of stay set by the ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’. The Weekend Plan has no authority nor can or will influence the ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ in any way whatsoever in opposition of the same. All Villas showcased by The Weekend Plan NO SMOKING Properties. Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere in and on Villa / Property. Smoking in Villa / Property shall result in additional charges for detoxifying Villa / Property of smell of the smoke and Client shall pay such charges as demanded by the ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ without demure.
Specific and General Breach:
26.
Breach of any of the clauses stated herein above, shall result in automatic and immediate termination of Rental and will also result in immediate eviction / removal of Client and Party from Villa / Property and immediate forfeiture of entire DSD or any other amounts paid by Client to ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’, without recourse whatsoever to any refund any amounts paid or deposited by Client.
Jurisdiction:

Irrespective of the Location of Villa / Property and/or location of Client and/or location of Owner of Villa / Property it is covenant and accepted by Client that The Weekend Plan is an online website with no physical address. The Weekend Plan does not have any office. Further, Client unconditionally accepts and agrees that any and all issues or disputes arising out of Villa Booking by any 'Villa' / 'Property’ showcased on The Weekend Plan or any other issue is between ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ and ‘Client’ only. The Weekend Plan is not responsible for any aspect of the booking at all. Furthermore, the accept that The Weekend Plan cannot be made a party to any dispute between ‘Client’ and ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’
Relevance of Headings:

If the information and profile provided by Client are found to be misrepresentation or false in any way whatsoever at any time whatsoever by ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’, then ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ may forthwith revoke the Booking, Client shall be refused entry to Villa / Property and if Client and Party has already Checked-In, removed / evicted from Villa / Property by the owner and/or their agents without any recourse whatsoever to refund of Deposits paid by Client or payment compensation of any kind or nature or on any account whatsoever by anyone concerned.

Total Number of Persons in Client's Party and/or total number of persons at Villa / Property, including Client's Visitors, shall NOT exceed numbers stated against 'Total Number of Person in Client's Party' stated prior to the arrival. This number is strictly controlled to prevent excessive Wear and Tear and Damage to Villa / Property caused due to very high occupancy. If number of Persons at Villa / Property, including Visitors, exceed number stated against 'Total Number of Persons in Client's Party', Client and Party may be refused Check-In and/or Utilisation of the Villa and if Client and/or Party has already Checked-In, they will be removed / evicted from Villa / Property without any recourse whatsoever to refund of any amounts paid by Client or payment compensation of any kind or nature or on any account whatsoever by ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’.
Security Deposit to be Paid to Secure Damages (DSD) and Recovery of Charges & Damages :

As a security towards proper and safe use of Villa / Property and / or utilisation of additional services by Client, Client also has to deposit an amount equal to ‘Security Deposit to be Paid to Secure Damages' or DSD at the time of check in to Villa Manager or Owner. Any loss or damages caused to Villa / Property or contents therein including but not limited to soiling and damages caused by Pets, excessive cleaning required, furniture resetting, extra service calls beyond duty timings etc. by Client or Party will be recovered by Owner from DSD.

It is the responsibility of Client and/or Party to observe and report any existing damage to Villa / Property or equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, artefacts, etc. therein within 60 minutes of Checking-In. Unreported damages observed after Check-Out shall be deemed to have occurred during occupancy by Client and Client shall be held responsible for those damages and Client shall be responsible to pay resulting charges.

Client and Party shall use Villa / Property, as well as equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, artifacts, etc. therein with responsibility and care without causing any intentional, unintentional or accidental damage to them. At the time of Check-Out, Client shall be responsible for leaving Villa/Property in good order and reasonably clean condition, save and except normal usage. Client is and shall be responsible for any damage caused to Villa / Property, as well as to equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, artifacts, etc. in and around Villa / Property, during their stay, whether intentional, unintentional or accidental. Client shall have to make good and reimburse to ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ any such damage / breakage caused by Client during their stay without demure. It is further clarified that even if a single item forming a set is damaged, Client shall be responsible for replacement / repair / refurbishing of entire set unless an identical replacement can be found. e.g. If a crystal glass in a set of 6 glasses is broken / chipped, Client will be responsible to replace all 6 pcs of the set, if upholstery of a sofa is soiled or damaged, Client will be responsible for replacement of upholstery of all the sofas, if paint on a wall is damaged at one spot Client will be responsible for cost of painting entire wall etc. It is further clarified that such repairs/replacement of damages will be undertaken by the owner on behalf of Client and at the cost and risk of Client.
15.
Client SHALL NOT move or relocate any equipment, appliances, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing and artifacts from their original location when Client / Party Checked-In without consulting and express consent of ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ or his representative at the Villa, save and except for pool furniture, cane furniture, plastic furniture or dining chairs. Any act of such nature may result in forfeiture of total DSD without recourse by the Owner.
16.
Security Deposit to be Paid to Secure Damages' Shall be refunded by Owner or his representative post check out, after assessment and deducting costs of damages, if any.

Before going out of Villa / Property or while Checking-Out, Client shall make sure that all doors and windows are locked, all appliances & equipment e.g. air conditioning, heater, lights, fans, gas burners, cooking ranges, cooking ovens, dish washers, water taps / faucets etc. are turned off and furniture returned to their original locations. Client shall leave Villa / Property in a reasonably clean state. Failure to comply with the above shall result in extra cleaning charges plus applicable taxes.
Cancellation, Modifications, Refunds and Penalties:

Specific In Case of Cancellation
The charges paid to 'Villa' / 'Property’, if any, partially or fully, towards "Charges Payable for Villa Booking " are NOT Refundable under any circumstances. It is NOT Cancellable, NOT Modifiable and NOT refundable.
Simply Put:
Question: If I am unable to travel for any reason whatsoever (including COVID), am I entitled to compensation?
Answer: No, you won't be entitled to any compensation, if the reason for the holiday not continuing is outside the control of ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’, then full cancellation charges apply. In the event that you are unable to reach the villa due to Indian Government restrictions, you should claim on your Travel Insurance as you are not automatically entitled to an alternative holiday or a refund or request the Indian Government for assistance.
Specific In Case of Extraordinary Circumstances for Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation under extraordinary circumstances as deemed by The Management, the following opportunity maybe offered at the discretion of the Management only & subject to change without prior intimation and advance received: For Peak Season, all reservation payments are non-refundable only. The definition of the Peak Season period will be determined by the unilateral decision of the Management.
If you need to cancel upto 90 days before stay, we can offer the following from the full reservation amountfrom the amount of advance received:
• 60% via Bank Transfer
• 20% as Future Stay Credit
• 20% are Admin Charges
If you need to cancel upto 55 days before stay, we can offer the following from the full reservation amountfrom the amount of advance received:
• 20% via Bank Transfer
• 50% as Future Stay Credit
• 30% are Admin Charges
If you need to cancelless than 30 days before stay, we can offer the following from the full reservation amountfrom the amount of advance received:
• 10% via Bank Transfer
• 25% as Future Stay Credit
• 65% are Admin Charges

Non Transferable:

All Villa Bookings done with ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ are NON TRANSFERABLE and can not be transferred to any one else by Client unless approved by ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’.
Pets Policy:

Pets maybe permitted at the ‘Property’ only with the permission of ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’. Pets, When permitted by Owner, must be kept on Villa / Property and should always be in company and control of Client or member of Party. Client and members of his Party shall be solely and entirely responsible to ensure that Pets do not soil, spoil or damage Villa / Property, it's surroundings, equipment, appliances, cutlery, crockery, utensils, furniture, fittings, furnishing, finishing, structure, artefacts, etc. nor do they create any nuisance to neighbour’s in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to barking.
Check-In (Arrival) and Check-Out (Departure) Timing:

Client shall Check-In / Arrive at Villa / Property ONLY on or after time and date specified for Check-In in Villa Booking Confirmation document. Check-In time shall be STRICTLY adhered to. ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ advises and encourages Clients NOT to Arrive at Villa / Property before time specified for Check-In. It is once again emphasise that the Villas offered are residential Properties and are NOT Hotels and do not have waiting area or lobby to accommodate Clients arriving before time specified for Check-In. If Client Arrives or enters Villa / Property before specified for Check-In or before an alternate earlier time agreed in writing by ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’, Client will be charged and shall have to pay 50% of one night's 'Amount Payable at Villa to ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ as additional charge on pro-rata basis of 'Amount Payable at Villa to Villa ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’' by Client for 'Total Nights Booked'.

Client shall Check-Out / Depart from Villa / Property on or before time specified for Check-Out in Villa Booking Confirmation. Check-Out time shall be STRICTLY adhered to. Client WILL NOT be permitted to occupy or stay at Villa / Property beyond Check-Out time specified. If Client does not Check-Out or leave Villa / Property on or before time specified for Check-Out or an alternate delayed Check-Out time agreed in writing by ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’, Client will be charged and shall have to pay 50% of one night's 'Amount Payable at Villa to Villa Owner' as additional charge on pro-rata basis of 'Amount Payable at Villa to Villa Owner' by Client for 'Total Nights Booked' for up to 4 hours delay in Check-Out and full one night's charges by owner if delay is more than 4 hours.
Failures of Utilities / Equipment, Reassignments etc.:

The Weekend Plan shall not be responsible or liable, in any way whatsoever, for failure or outages of utilities like power or water supply etc. or any acts of nature or failures / malfunction of mechanical or electrical or electronic systems / equipment / appliances, drainage / water system etc. which may possibly limit use of Villa / Property and/or facilities therein or reduce the comfort of stay. No REFUND, REIMBURSEMENT or COMPENSATION, of any kind whatsoever, shall be claimable by Client or anyone else from The Weekend Plan. Though, ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ will put in his best efforts to rectify such failures or breakdowns as soon as possible, ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ cannot control the scheduling of outside service agencies and cannot assurer time frame for rectification. ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ shall have the right to arrange, inspect and make mends during Client’s stay in Villa / Property.

If Villa / Property Rented by Client become unavailable or uninhabitable, for whatever reasons, the ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ reserve the right to provide alternate comparable Villa / Property for use by Client. The Weekend Plan SHALL NOT be liable in any way whatsoever for any consequential damages claimed by Client or anyone else on whatsoever grounds.
Safety and Prohibitions:

Client MUST understand that Villa / Property of the Owner is a residential Villa / Property in a quiet residential area with neighbour’s living around. It is imperative that Client DOES NOT conduct any act which disturbs tranquility, peace and modesty of neighbour’s. Therefore and for other considerations and reasons Client and/or Party; The Client and all of it’s Party shall adhere to terms and conditions of stay set by the ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’. The Weekend Plan has no authority nor can or will influence the ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ in any way whatsoever in opposition of the same. All Villas showcased by The Weekend Plan NO SMOKING Properties. Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere in and on Villa / Property. Smoking in Villa / Property shall result in additional charges for detoxifying Villa / Property of smell of the smoke and Client shall pay such charges as demanded by the ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ without demure.
Specific and General Breach:
26.
Breach of any of the clauses stated herein above, shall result in automatic and immediate termination of Rental and will also result in immediate eviction / removal of Client and Party from Villa / Property and immediate forfeiture of entire DSD or any other amounts paid by Client to ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’, without recourse whatsoever to any refund any amounts paid or deposited by Client.
Jurisdiction:

Irrespective of the Location of Villa / Property and/or location of Client and/or location of Owner of Villa / Property it is covenant and accepted by Client that The Weekend Plan is an online website with no physical address. The Weekend Plan does not have any office. Further, Client unconditionally accepts and agrees that any and all issues or disputes arising out of Villa Booking by any 'Villa' / 'Property’ showcased on The Weekend Plan or any other issue is between ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’ and ‘Client’ only. The Weekend Plan is not responsible for any aspect of the booking at all. Furthermore, the accept that The Weekend Plan cannot be made a party to any dispute between ‘Client’ and ‘Owner’ / ‘Leasor’ / ‘Agent’
Relevance of Headings:

Heading given above are only for the sake of convenience and shall not be construed to carry meaning of clauses stated under them nor shall the clauses under the headings be interpreted in relation to meanings of headings.
