Our Sales Team will introduce you to our Destination Executive who are local residents, have the local insights, and care about you, just like they would a visiting family member throughout the vacation.
They can guide you with shuttle services, vehicles-on-hire, booking activities, arranging for babysitters, private cooks, and stocking the residence prior to your arrival.
Simply share your list via email of favourite drinks, snacks, shampoos, shower gels or toiletries that you prefer and our team will have it ready for you at the villa pre check-in.
You can pay them direct for the same at the villa itself.

Cook-On-Call @ ₹ 3,500 /day
We encourage self-cooking in our villas, our kitchens are equipped with microwave, gas range, refrigerator, cook & serve ware besides everyday use items like tea, sugar, coffee, salt, and some cooking masala. We have separate serve ware for our vegetarian guests.
Or you can opt for ordering in, ask your Destination Executive for details.
If you prefer home cooked food, we can arrange the services of local cooks on your behalf, who will come & prepare dishes at the property itself.
You can plan your menu before hand so that the cook can buy the freshest ingredients on your behalf and prepare the dishes at reasonable timings for about 8 odd guests, bigger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.

An extraordinary architect designed house, the penthouse is recently constructed to the premium standard and with contemporary luxury in mind.
It is a wonderful place where you could recline yourselves on group vacation in Goa. The villa is situated just a few kilometers away from Candolim Beach- a popular beach in Goa which boasts fantastic surfing conditions and vast sandy grounds.
We are just a few minutes drive from local shops of Calangute and pubs of Baga.
It is great for picking up daily essentials, late night party clubs and small restaurants to dine, perfect for evenings where you do not fancy cooking. If you wish to spend a day near the beach, the sandy beach of Candolim is easily accessible by drive, which is just 4 Km from your villa. So, you can bodyboard, swim, surf or simply get tanned on this beautiful beach.

The large open living space has been developed with socializing in mind. Built-up in scale and appearance, there is a spacious dining area close to the well-equipped and compact kitchen. The living area is lavishly lit by the extraordinarily large sliding doors overlooking the green surroundings of paddy fields. The seating areas are spacious and ensure that everyone can join and relax in this attractive area of the house.
At the upper level of the home, there is also a private patio with the big infinity pool on the borders. This spot offers spectacular views and serves as an amazing outdoor space. Sip your favorite drink in the midst of outdoor pool or relax with a refreshing beer from the neighboring pub as the sun lowers over the town.

Sleeping upto 8 across 3 bedrooms in the main portion of the home, the sleeping provisions are as follows: two large bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed with luxury ensuite bathroom. There is a staircase in the living room leading you to the first floor, where there are large master bedroom. All the bedrooms are attached with ensuite bathroom, queen-sized beds, TV unit and necessary interiors. All the three bedrooms offer magnificent sky views. You can capture beautiful outdoor sky views from your bedrooms.
From the style point of assessment, the home is design-led and progressive; featuring polished cement floors and elegantly painted walls alongside iconic fragments of furniture, it is luxurious yet inviting and comfortable too.
