It is a wonderful place where you could recline yourselves on group vacation in Goa. The villa is situated just a few kilometers away from Candolim Beach- a popular beach in Goa which boasts fantastic surfing conditions and vast sandy grounds.
We are just a few minutes drive from local shops of Calangute and pubs of Baga.
It is great for picking up daily essentials, late night party clubs and small restaurants to dine, perfect for evenings where you do not fancy cooking. If you wish to spend a day near the beach, the sandy beach of Candolim is easily accessible by drive, which is just 4 Km from your villa. So, you can bodyboard, swim, surf or simply get tanned on this beautiful beach.
The large open living space has been developed with socializing in mind. Built-up in scale and appearance, there is a spacious dining area close to the well-equipped and compact kitchen. The living area is lavishly lit by the extraordinarily large sliding doors overlooking the green surroundings of paddy fields. The seating areas are spacious and ensure that everyone can join and relax in this attractive area of the house.
At the upper level of the home, there is also a private patio with the big infinity pool on the borders. This spot offers spectacular views and serves as an amazing outdoor space. Sip your favorite drink in the midst of outdoor pool or relax with a refreshing beer from the neighboring pub as the sun lowers over the town.

Ideally sleeping upto 8 across 3 bedrooms in the main portion of the home, the sleeping provisions are as follows: two large bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed with luxury ensuite bathroom. There is a staircase in the living room leading you to the first floor, where there are large master bedroom. All the bedrooms are attached with ensuite bathroom, queen-sized beds, TV unit and necessary interiors. All the three bedrooms offer magnificent sky views. You can capture beautiful outdoor sky views from your bedrooms.
From the style point of assessment, the home is design-led and progressive; featuring polished cement floors and elegantly painted walls alongside iconic fragments of furniture, it is luxurious yet inviting and comfortable too.

Cook-On-Call service starts @ ₹ 3,500 / Daily
We can hire the services of a local cook for the duration of the stay to prepare homely simple meals. They will prepare lunch, evening snacks, dinner followed by breakfast the following morning at the property itself for your group.
Procure the ingredients yourself or ask the caretaker (or cook) to procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
We request you to discuss your menu before hand and define a time schedule beforehand with him. Most owners do charge for kitchen and cook-ware usage, the charges mentioned above include the same.  This service charge has been approximated for upto 10 guests, larger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.
