Our home is an independent standalone 12,000 sq.ft. plot featuring a landscaped garden, private swimming pool with covered sitout centered by our 5,000 sq.ft. home  with full-time resident caretakers. 
The upper level has a terrace with an ocean view spread over the horizon. On a clear sunny morning or as the sun sets this is the place to spend some memorable time.

Just a 45-minute drive outside Mumbai City sits an ocean front hideaway, where luxury meets the great outdoors is Casa Sands at Gorai Beach.
Perched on a hill top, this beautiful home sits on 11,500 sq. ft. plot. surrounded by green avenues in Gorai.
A sea view from one side and a lake view from the other is the hallmark of this magnificent home.
Our site is on a hillock edged by a lake on the east and the sea 500 meters to the west. Marghali Lake is attached to the property with only a short walk from the back gate.
Our standalone walled 12,000 sq.ft. plot features a landscaped garden, private swimming pool with covered sitout area and our 5,000 sq.ft. home.

Our living area on the first level is fully air con with a river front terrace and open style fully equipped kitchen.
We have four air con bedrooms with terraces spread over two levels, of which three have attached full shower bathrooms and double beds.
The fourth bedroom is a study room essentially with a fold out sofa-cum-bed. The bathroom is exactly opposite the door.
The upper level has a terrace with an ocean view spread over the horizon.
On a clear sunny morning or as the sun sets this is the place to spend some memorable time.
The full-time resident caretakers manages daily housekeeping.

If you prefer home cooked meals, you can choose to hire the services of our resident caretaker for the duration of the stay.
This cook-on-call service costs ~ ₹ 3,500 and he will prepare lunch, evening snacks, dinner followed by breakfast the following morning in our kitchen itself (about an eight hour service) for the discussed group.
Procure the ingredients yourself or ask him to do so on your behalf at actuals.
We request you to discuss your menu before hand and define a time schedule beforehand with him. The price includes kitchen and cook-ware usage charges.

ALTERNATIVELY

You can  choose to order in from the local dhabas or restaurants nearby, the caretaker will arrange.
We love barbeques and our resident caretaker can arrange a personalized service for you as well (depending on and coal availability) at a service charge of ₹ 1,500.
Share with him your tastes so he can procure the ingredients for you at a nominal service charge.
The barbecue areas are a great place to spend some quality time with your friends and family.

Our home is staffed with full-time resident caretakers, they manage daily housekeeping and ensure that you arrive at a clean, hygienic residence.
From changing the linens on schedule, to doing the dishes, to taking out the trash, they ensure that each room is in pristine shape.

‍Spending the day in the pool?
Expect fresh towels when you get out.
Gorai is a suburban village close to Mumbai city, known for its beaches & palm trees.
The house is on a hilltop, walking downwards you can reach the beach or drive the car to the popular touristy section of Gorai Beach.

About an hours drive from Mumbai via the highway forking inwards from Mira Road towards Judicial Academy.

Alternatively, you can take a train to Bhayandar and get down on the west side.
Or choose to take the Metro to Dahisar Stop. From there, you can either book a cab or auto directly to the villa which is half an hour away.
It's often accessed by a ferry crossing through the Manori Creek and take a local auto from there.

getting there:

Maps usually will get you very well till the last 2 kms,
so follow that. Call the caretaker for further guidance.
Just in case you cannot get through with the caretaker,
follow these instructions:

Proceed towards Gorai beach
and turn right at the restaurant Konkan Katta.
About 800 m further locate roadside dhaba
called Aunty's dhaba.

Our house is approx 100 m to the right from Aunty's dhaba.
