Situated in the quaint and idyllic environs of the village of Assagao, Residency is a charming complex. Our villa is an independent property with its individual entrance. The spacious house its very own private pool which can be accessed from our air con comfortable lounge.
The ground level is home to one air con bedroom with a double bed with an attached bathroom. The upper level has two additional air con bedrooms with attached bathrooms.
Two of these properties have their own private pools.
Two villas have access to the communal pool. We also have multiple apartments to choose from. Larger Groups can book the villas individually or together.

We have four properties on offer here, all of them have three air con en-suite bedrooms besides air con lounge & dining areas. They have a fully equipped kitchen with ample serve ware and cook ware. Our resident caretaker manages daily housekeeping.
Two of these properties have their own private pools.
Two of them are in the neighboring complex and our guests have access to the communal pool.

We can hire the services of a local cook for the duration of the stay to prepare homely simple meals. They will prepare lunch, evening snacks, dinner followed by breakfast the following morning at the property itself for your group.
Procure the ingredients yourself or ask the caretaker (or cook) to procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
We request you to discuss your menu before hand and define a time schedule beforehand with him. Most owners do charge for kitchen and cook-ware usage, the charges mentioned above include the same.  This service charge has been approximated for upto 10 guests, larger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.
