We encourage self-cooking in our villas, our kitchens are well equipped with ample cookware, serve ware and cooking masala.
Or you can opt for ordering in, the caretaker will guide you with the same.

If you prefer home cooked food, we have arrangements with local cooks / chefs, who for an extra charge will come and prepare dishes at the property itself. You can plan your menu before hand so that the cook can buy the freshest ingredients on your behalf and prepare the dishes at reasonable timings for about 8 odd guests, bigger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.

Phew!
Built on 3 levels, the villa (a stone's throw from the very popular Della Adventure) is the hard work of a lovely family and their efforts are evident in the photos below. Besides the obvious generous sizes of the living, sitting, bedroom and bathroom areas is the warmth and open arm hospitality of the caretaker's family with an outhouse which serves as a servants quarter.
The sitout area overlooks the green landscape, the pool, hammocks and swing, all bordered with plantation like bougenville and more. If you ask politely the owners wouldn't mind sharing the flowers. A level down those earthen steps will greet you with a big shaded swing and a cricket lawn.
Breakfast (if available) would includes upma or poha for vegetarians and eggs made to order (2 per person) for non vegetarians. Tea and coffee are available with our compliments.
This property is part of a gated and guarded complex with about 50 independent bungalows and round-the-clock security. The entrance of the villa (with ample parking, may we add) is through a secure and well reputed gated community.
Ground level: 1 Bedroom, Kitchen, Living areas and outdoor lawn access;
Level 1: 2 Bedrooms, Home theater, 2 terraces;
Level 2: 1 Master Bedroom with amazing vistas.
All bedrooms have split air conditioning system, attached ensuite bathrooms (with toilet soaps, towels, toilet roll, bucket - 1 even has a bathtub), quality fittings and bedding, ceiling fan, and generous views.
The welcoming living area on the ground floor opens onto a huge 2 level lawn area, starting with a warm sitout, hammocks (2 - tree hanging, 1 movable), 1 kiddie water play inflatable, 1 kiddie play pool and an above ground metal framed 15 feet oval play / swimming pool (fits 12 comfortably).
There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, microwave, cooking system, utensils, cutlery, Bar-B-Q, etc. with an option for self cooking or hiring a cook.
