Welcome to Jade, a lavish private villa set within a gated community of adjoining private residences, a quick drive from the popular Candolim Beach.
Our villa is an independent property with its individual entrance. The spacious house its very own private pool which can be accessed from our air con comfortable lounge. Our air con dining section neighbors a well equipped kitchen with ample cook and serve ware.
The ground level is home to one air con bedroom with a double bed with an attached bathroom. The upper level has two additional air con bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The top level has one additional air con bedrooms with attached bathroom.
The full-time resident caretaker manages daily housekeeping.

Our Balinese style luxury villa, offers the perfect contrast between modern lifestyle & serene surroundings. Our villa is amidst landscaped gardens and private swimming pools! We are approximately 7 minutes drive to the world famous Candolim beach and 5 min from Candolim with its plenty of must dine restaurants.
It is situated in a Candolim in a gated community with 24 hour security and power backup, Wifi from all areas with individual parking and private swimming pools.
Our villa is 5000 square feet made in lush Balinese style spread over three floors, 4 fully furnished bedrooms with attached bathrooms, each bedroom with a flat screen TV, state of the art kitchen, fully accessorized with all amenities including lockers in each room, including one washing machine per villa. The villa boasts of a living area setup with a TV, 8 seater dining table and access to the private pool and party area.
The ground floor features a swimming pool, kitchen, living room, bedroom and servants room. 30 feet long pool offers Jacuzzi, to guarantee great time by the water any time of day or night.
Living room is fully air conditioned and features a dining area for 8 guests, lounge with TV .The Pool area and garden for sit out can be accessed from the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, deep freezer, microwave, gas stove, cooking equipment glasses and all necessary cutlery. Washing machine and iron are available in each villa.
The villa has 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms with attached bathrooms.
One of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor and is perfect for groups with elder members/small children. Remaining 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and second floors.
Each bedroom of the house is air conditioned, equipped with Flat screen TV, Satellite channels and lockers to keep your valuable safe.
All bedrooms have private bathrooms with 24/7 hot and cold water in the shower and a balcony (except the bedroom on the ground floor).
The Master bedroom has a pool view and huge dressing room.

Cook-On-Call service starts @ ₹ 3,500 / Daily
We can hire the services of a local cook for the duration of the stay to prepare homely simple meals. They will prepare lunch, evening snacks, dinner followed by breakfast the following morning at the property itself for your group.
Procure the ingredients yourself or ask the caretaker (or cook) to procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
We request you to discuss your menu before hand and define a time schedule beforehand with him. Most owners do charge for kitchen and cook-ware usage, the charges mentioned above include the same.  This service charge has been approximated for upto 10 guests, larger groups should consider hiring additional cooks.
