Welcome to Casa Crest, a sprawling Greenland perched on a hilltop, open to the Margali Lake on one side and oceanfront of Gorai Beach on the other merely a 12 km short drive from Mumbai city. 
Our standalone walled 12,000 sq.ft. plot features a landscaped garden, private swimming pool with covered sitout area centered by our 5,000 sq.ft. home with full-time resident caretakers.
Our living area is fully air con with a river front terrace and open style fully equipped kitchen.
We have four air con bedrooms with terraces spread over two levels, of which three have attached full shower bathrooms and double beds. The fourth bedroom is study converted to a bedroom with a sofa-pull out-bed.

Our solution to the never ending cycle is a cozy residence in the popular suburbs of Mumbai, Gorai Beach.
Perched on a hill top, this beautiful home sits on 11,500 sq. ft. plot. surrounded by green avenues in Gorai. Resembling parts of Goa and Alibaug, a lush green rural landscape welcomes you to this stunning home.
A sea view from one side and a lake view from the other is the hallmark of this magnificent home.
The structure of this luxurious home has been divided into three levels with ample parking space.
The fourth bedroom is a study room essentially with a fold out sofa-cum-bed. The bathroom is exactly opposite the door. Yes, it has an air con.
This villa has a built up area of 5000 sq. ft. and comprises 3 bedrooms, 4 baths and a study which can be converted into another bedroom if required.
This home also includes a manicured terrace garden and a private swimming pool which provides for the perfect setting to host a gathering of friends and family.
Gorai is a village in the suburbs of Mumbai. Famously known for its beaches & palm trees. It's an hours drive from Mumbai. Alternatively, you can take a train to Bhayandar and get down on the west side. Once you get down, you can either book a cab or auto directly to the villa. It is about approx. 30 mins from the station.
It's often accessed by a ferry crossing through the Manori Creek. But often by private car using the overland route by turning ocean side from Bhayander.
Our site is on a hillock edged by a lake on the east and the sea 500 meters to the west.

We understand that eating arrangements constitute a big part of your travel plans, besides some of our guests may have varied concerns ranging from dietary, gluten tolerance, allergens among others.
As a full service Vacation Villa company, we offer our guests multiple food arrangements during the stay.
The caretaker can procure packaged snack / soft drinks from the local store on your behalf at a nominal charge.
Option 1
Self Cooking @ ₹ 1,750 / Daily
Our homes have fully operational kitchens with appropriate cookware. You can choose to prepare your own meals at your convenience within the comfort zone of the kitchen.
You can choose to procure the ingredients yourself or the caretaker can procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
Most owners do charge for kitchen and cook-ware usage, the charges mentioned above are towards the same.
Option 2
Caretaker-can-cook @ ₹ 2,250 / Daily
Some of the resident caretakers are qualified to prepare homely simple meals. You can choose to hire their services for the duration of the stay. They will prepare evening snacks, dinner, breakfast and lunch for your group.
Procure the ingredients yourself or ask the caretaker to procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
We request you to discuss your menu and define a time schedule beforehand with him.
Most owners do charge for kitchen and cook-ware usage, the charges mentioned above include the same.
Option 3
Cook-On-Call @ ₹ 3,500 / Daily
We can hire the services of a local cook for the duration of the stay to prepare homely simple meals. They will prepare evening snacks, dinner, breakfast and lunch for your group.
Procure the ingredients yourself or ask the caretaker (or cook) to procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
