Welcome to Reign, a set of lavish villas set within a gated community of adjoining private residences, a quick drive from the popular Anjuna-Vagator Beach.
We have three villas of 3 bedrooms and one villa of 4 bedroom on offer.
Larger groups can book them together as befits the group size.
Our villas are independent properties with individual entrances.
The spacious house its very own private pool which can be accessed from our air con comfortable lounge. Our air con dining section neighbors a well equipped kitchen with ample cook and serve ware.
The ground level is home to one air con bedroom with a double bed with an attached bathroom. The middle level has the additional air con bedrooms with attached bathrooms. 
Our off-site dedicated caretaker manages daily housekeeping.

eating ARRANGEMENTS:

We love homely meals and our resident caretaker can prepare them for you as well. You can choose to hire his services for the duration of the stay. He will prepare evening snacks, dinner, breakfast and lunch for your group.
You can choose to hire the services of our in-house cook for ₹ 3,500 in case you want simple homely meals. He can prepare lunch, evening snacks, dinner followed by breakfast the following morning at the property itself for your group. Procure the ingredients yourself or ask him to procure them for you at a nominal service charge.
We request you to discuss your menu before hand and define a time schedule beforehand with him. The price includes kitchen and cook-ware usage charges.
