Our process begins with you entering the details of your booking as finalized with
our Sales Representative in the form available below.
- Payment Policy:
More than 90 days before arrival; Guests pay (within ONE working date from filling the form) a pre-approved reservation deposit of the Booking Value equal to 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy:
More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% deposit is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged. It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
- Villa Schedule Policy:
Check-in: 3PM and Check-out:10AM
Step 1: Shortlist the villa of your vacation with our Sales Team

Step 3: Proceed with payment of deposit and whatsapp/email us the receipt along with reference
Step 4: On bank acknowledgment of the deposit we will email you the booking voucher
Step 5: As per schedule discussed, you will pay the balance amount of the Total Booking Value alongwith Damage Deposit;
Step 6: At departure, we assess any charges pending and proceed with refunding the Damage Deposit.
